The Story Behind HERA
We started where you are.
We were international buyers looking for property in Dubai.
We thought it would be simple: a few calls, some portals, find a deal. We learned fast that the good deals don’t appear on portals and don’t go through random brokers. They happen between people who live on the ground, who know every developer, every plot, every shift in the market.
So we became those people. We researched, we walked plots, we made our own investments, we tracked the returns. When we understood how much advantage there is in being on the ground, we built HERA, a way for international investors to access deals that normally never reach the outside.
